1. Overview & Commitment to Video Privacy

VideoBGRemover ("we", "our", or "us") provides online AI video background removal, video privacy blurring, and browser-local video inspection tools at https://videobgremover.pro. We design our architecture to minimize data collection and give you clear control over your media assets.

2. Browser-Local Tools vs. Cloud AI Processing

Our suite operates in two distinct processing modes:

  • 100% Browser-Local Tools (/green-screen-video & /test-transparent-video): When you use VideoBGChroma (Green/Blue Screen Keyer) or VideoBGAlpha (Transparent Video Inspector), your video files are processed entirely inside your local browser memory using WebGL2 and FFmpeg WebAssembly. Zero video bytes are uploaded to our servers.
  • Cloud AI Workspaces (/ & /blur-video): When you use Cloud AI Video Background Remover or Cloud AI Video Blur, your uploaded video and optional custom background assets are transmitted over TLS to our cloud object storage and GPU workers solely to execute your requested segmentation or blurring job.

3. 7-Day Automatic Video Deletion & Zero AI Training

  • 7-Day Automatic Expiration: Source videos, cached segmentation masks, and exported renders stored in our cloud workspace are automatically and permanently deleted 7 days after creation.
  • Immediate Manual Deletion: You can delete any uploaded video or completed job immediately from your workspace dashboard at any time before the 7-day window expires.
  • No AI Model Training: We never use your uploaded videos, audio tracks, prompts, or exported outputs to train, fine-tune, or improve any internal or third-party AI models.

4. Account & Billing Information We Collect

  1. Account Information: When you sign in (via email or Google OAuth), we store your email address, display name, and credit ledger balance.
  2. Payment Information: Pay-as-you-go credit purchases are processed by our PCI-compliant payment providers (Stripe / Creem). We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.
  3. Diagnostic & Security Logs: Minimal request metadata (status codes, job duration, and rate-limit counters) to prevent abuse and diagnose failed video jobs.

5. Your Rights & Contact

You may request access to, export of, or complete deletion of your account and associated records at any time by contacting us at support@videobgremover.pro.
