Yes. Faces and plates are detected separately, so the job costs 2 credits per second. A 3-second preview is 6 credits. Resolution does not change the price.
What happens if neither faces nor license plates are found?
If 0 targets are detected across the clip, the job stops automatically and 100% of your reserved credits are refunded.
Can I test on the first 3 seconds before running a long dashcam clip?
